Rates include lodging, meals, and all other activities.
Non-riders deduct 10%. The only extra charges are Colorado state sales tax (4.0%) and a staff gratuity (15%).
River rafting ($50) is an optional activity your family may choose to participate in.

Deposits
We request a deposit of $400 per person within 10 days of booking to hold reservations. This is refundable only if canceled by March 5th and is NOT transferable to another year. Your total balance is due on May 1st.
Due to our non-refundable balance policy, we recommend trip insurance (Travel Guard 800-826-1300).
We prefer personal checks, but accept VISA and MasterCard (5% service charge). Upon receiving your deposit we will send your Reservation Contract and a list of items we suggest you bring.

Q:Why are you less expensive than most other ranches? A: Our rates were $1100 from 1992-2000! We have only changed our rates 3 times in a twelve year period. At $1725 for Adults, $1195 for children 6-12, and $995 for children 2-5, we feel that we are a 'big bang for the buck!' Compare our activities/accommodations/program/food with other ranches that are sometimes $400-$800 more. As previous guests we know how expensive it can be to bring a family of six to experience a dude ranch vacation. While it was our very best vacation, it must be affordable! Our aim is to keep it affordable for the American family!
Q:What is the difference between HIGH and LOW seasons? A: Our rates are considerably lower because our program is significantly different. During our LOW season we are primarily lodging, three fabulous meals a day, fishing, and tons of horseback riding. Unfortunately, we do not offer our full HIGH season activities. Our capacity drops to only 18-20 pampered guests. All of our fluff is during HIGH season. Fall in Colorado is absolutely beautiful with all of the aspen changing colors! The riding is spectacular!
