HIGH SEASON & LATE SEASON both offer all-inclusive rates, covering all amenities: horseback riding, fishing, hiking, daily activities, and evening entertainment.

HIGH SEASON (May 30th – August 14th) is family season and exclusively includes our incredible Kids Program, hosting ranch activities specifically geared for children from 2 to 12 years old in addition a vacation for all ages.

LATE SEASON (August 15th – September 18th), while still all-inclusive of amenities & entertainment, is only available for guests 13 years and older as we do not offer the Kids Program.

2026 High Season Rates

MAY 30 – AUGUST 14 | SATURDAY – FRIDAY

Our High Season begins May 30th and runs until August 14th. During this time we offer ALL of our fantastic Colorado family friendly, all-inclusive vacation activities & kids programs. We operate on a Saturday to Friday basis. There is no riding available on arriving & departing days.

Rates:

  • Adults – $3000 (6 Nights)
  • Ages 2-12 – $2475 (6 Nights)
  • Under 2 years – No Charge

Details:

  • Rates at Cherokee Park Ranch in Colorado include cabin reservations and lodging, all meals, and our daily/nightly activities.
  • The only extra charges are Colorado Sales Tax and a service charge (25%).
  • The River Rafting, Boat Trip, and Massages are optional activities at additional cost.

2026 Late Season Rates

AUGUST 15 – SEPTEMBER 18 | SATURDAY – FRIDAY

During our Late Season, August 15th to September 18th, expect all of the same activities as High Season with the exception of not offering a Kids Program. During this time we offer lodging, nightly activities, all meals, fishing, and tons of horseback riding. Unfortunately, we do not offer our kids’ program as it is 13 years old and up only during this season. There is no riding available on arriving & departing days.

Rates:

  • $3000 (6 Nights)
  • No children under 13 years old

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Book your cabin reservation for Colorado’s Cherokee Park Ranch online. We require a deposit of 25% of your total reservation cost. This deposit is 100% refundable until March 5th. After March 5th, it is non-refundable/non-transferrable. Your final balance is due May 1st. Due to our non-refundable balance policy, we strongly recommend trip insurance (Travel Guard 1-800-826-1300).
